The Oregon Department of Justice, Administrative Services Division (ASD) is seeking to hire a Mail Services Assistant for the Operations Section located in Salem. The Operations Section provides facilities management, procurement, publications support services, supply property and warehouse services, as well as mail room services. The purpose of this position is to process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, explain mailing procedures and regulations to other agency employees, and to assist other areas such as supply and publications with coverage and miscellaneous job duties. The majority of this position's job duties require driving a state-owned vehicle delivering and picking up mail. The persons are required to hold a valid Oregon driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record. This position is on-site and will require travel to DOJ offices. Apply today!
