Requirements

  • High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience. General office duties; strong data entry skills.
  • Typing skills of 30+NWPM; Required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (Tier I) Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all departmental returned mail by accurately sorting, distributing, logging statistics, and maintaining an organized returned mail file.
  • Review and verify incorrect or incomplete addresses in QNXT, update records as needed and ensure timely and accurate re-mailing to the appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain strict attention to detail, confidentiality, and efficiency to support reliable mail processing and delivery.
  • General knowledge and use of basic office equipment including computers and Microsoft office applications.
  • Maintain departmental supplies.
  • Retrieve copies of documents from files or scanned documents as requested by staff and other departments.
  • Provide data entry support for department as needed.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, professionally screen and route inquiries, and ensure timely, courteous communication with clients and internal staff.
  • Ability to understand and follow management direction.
  • Provide support with photocopying, document preparation, and a variety of special projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures related to employment and job responsibilities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.
