About The Position
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician accurately fills and counts medications. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($750 upon hire and a second $750 payment after completing 6 months (180 days) of employment) Use your skills to make an impact
Requirements
- Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in Ohio
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience
- Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meets business needs, absent from all ideal tools and resources
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Moderate working knowledge of Excel
Nice To Haves
- Active certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or through ExCPT
- Experience in pharmacy dispensing
- Critical thinker who can anticipate business needs and take initiative, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality customer experience
