Mail/Fulfillment Inventory Clerk- Day Shift
About The Position
We are looking for a Mail/Fulfilment Inventory Clerk who will be responsible for ensuring the processing of orders, stocking inventory, receiving and timely picking, packing and shipping of customer orders according to company policy. This role involves utilizing CSG tracking software, managing daily production assignments, addressing shipping issues, understanding and tracking equipment inventory, and operating warehouse production equipment. The clerk will also process billing statements, computer letters, and past-due notices to customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 AM - 6 PM, including some weekends and holidays.
- Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
- Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.
- Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis
- Can perform basic mathematical calculations
- Are willing to become pallet jack and forklift certified
- Proficient in English in a business environment
- No previous experience required
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for ensuring the processing of orders, stocking inventory, receiving and timely picking, packing and shipping of customer orders as required and according to company policy
- Utilize CSG tracking software to complete the mailing process.
- Manage daily production assignments and addresses production and shipping issues in a timely manner
- Gain understanding of inventory of supplies, order and track equipment inventory, and prioritize work on queue to ensure maximum output meets contractual standards
- Operate warehouse production equipment including pallet jack and forklift
- Processes billing statements, computer letters, and past-due notices to customer satisfaction while meeting quality and departmental standards
