About The Position

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of mail and package services across the facility, including daily mail sorting and delivery, package logistics coordination, and site support services. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient mail operations and provide additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in corporate mailroom operations, project coordination, or similar role in a Corporate Real Estate environment
  • Experience with UPS, Federal Express, and courier services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite and basic computer skills for email communication and manifest logging
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail for accurate package logging and mail sorting
  • Physical ability to lift packages and walk throughout the facility
  • Professional communication skills for interaction with employees and vendors

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in mail services or logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with package tracking systems and courier services
  • Experience with office support services and administrative tasks
  • Previous experience in CMMS systems and working with work orders
  • Knowledge of office equipment maintenance and supply management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

  • Pick up, sort, date stamp, and deliver mail from various sources
  • Manage incoming packages from multiple carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon) including manifest logging and processing outgoing shipments
  • Assist employees with mail requests and deliver shipments to final destinations throughout the facility
  • Provide backup key access and vendor escort services as needed to ensure proper facility security protocols
  • Provide backup facilities support and manage customer work orders within the work order management system
  • Assist with developing scope and schedules for relocation, reconfiguration setups, and event resets
  • Handle meeting minutes, agendas, event project reports, and manage action agendas with associated project documentation
  • Review and edit team-developed event project documentation and maintain updates on client or facility management SharePoint sites
