The Machinist is responsible for operating CNC machines, manual lathes, and other machine tools to produce high-quality precision components that meet strict engineering and safety standards. This role requires reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, setting up and adjusting equipment, and performing accurate measurements to ensure parts are machined to exact specifications. Working closely with engineering and quality assurance teams, the Machinist helps troubleshoot machining issues, optimize workflows, and maintain smooth production operations. The position also involves deburring and finishing parts, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
