About The Position
Set up and operate Toyoda CNC and manual grinding machines Perform chrome grinding on aerospace components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Ensure quality and accuracy in accordance with aerospace standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Troubleshoot machine and grinding process issues as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in aerospace machining required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC or manual grinding
- Familiarity with chrome grinding and other specialized techniques
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
