About The Position

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location with an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the production capabilities of our Integrated Supply Chain by ensuring that all machining operations are performed to the highest standards, thereby enhancing our overall productivity and quality assurance. Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience in machining operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
  • Experience with various machining processes including turning, milling, and grinding.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality control checks on finished products to meet company standards.
