Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with CNC Mills and/or lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• A knack for multitasking and staying detail-oriented under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• A positive attitude—we like working with people who lift others up!
• Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly

Responsibilities

• Setting up CNC mills, lathes, or other machines based on blueprint specifications
• Editing programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right
• Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision
• Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements
• Run multiple machines during your shift
