What You’ll Do: As a Machinist on 2nd Shift in our Gun Drilling, Deep Hole, and Honing areas, you’ll receive hands-on comprehensive training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC type machines. Requirements

Individuals with prior manufacturing experience or a mechanical background
Those comfortable with basic measurements and shop math
People with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Team players who value safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

Prior machine drilling and/or CNC machining experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Communicate openly with trainers and managers, actively learning and applying feedback
Set up and operate precision machines
Monitor machine operations, ensuring top-quality results and making adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
