Try it for yourself and see what we’re made of. Job Summary Responsible for machinery operation and/or bagging operation for fruit in a packing facility. Note: This equipment is high volume and state of the art. Requires prior experience with touch screens for speed control and operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Preforms pre-operation checklist prior to packing production
- Sets up machinery and monitors the production of machinery daily
- Notify and submit maintenance request to supervisor for any maintenance issues
- Ensures that the machinery is operating properly and safely
- Loads bags, boxes, or other items into machinery to keep up with production
- Works safely and follows proper protocols for starting, stopping, and operating machinery.
- Using a touch screen, make daily adjustments to machinery/bagging to control speeds, timing, and other items
- Other duties, will be assigned
