The Machine Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day machine shop operations to meet production demands, quality standards, and delivery commitments. The position oversees the machining of production parts, prototypes, and tooling in a low-volume, tight-tolerance environment. It requires strong technical expertise across CNC and manual machining, including Swiss lathe operations and CNC programming, to guide work, support troubleshooting, and ensure quality outcomes. This role is accountable for production output, quality, and on-time delivery within the machine shop, while supporting team development and driving continuous improvement in shop floor processes and performance.
