Requirements
- 5+ years in machining or manufacturing
- 3+ years in a supervisor, manager, or lead role
- CNC setup or strong technical background
- Ready to own results and lead people
- High School diploma required; technical degree or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial management preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in machining or manufacturing with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily machine shop operations across shifts
- Oversee CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines
- Manage production schedules, workflow, and priorities
- Coach and develop machinists, operators, and supervisors
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement
