The requirements below reflect the Machine Shop Supervisor level. Who YOU are and what YOU can become Direct workforce in a union shop to setup, and operate CNC Mill and Routers, and other machine tools. Plans and oversees machine production. Support coordination of balancing materials and tools required to perform work in the shop. Apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, and machining procedures to produce quality precision parts. Drive functional cross training with all employees in the machine shop and document education.
