The Machine Shop Foreman is responsible for the machining and the compressor component repair operations at a given branch. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO: Direct day to day machining operations and compressor component repair. Understand and enforce all safety procedures and practices. Create and maintain operational procedures. Champion efforts to improve profitability and NIBT. Provide quotes to the sales force. Adhere to and enforces all company policies and procedures. Responsible for employee training and development.
