Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using power hand tools (grinder, drill, etc)
- Experience with hand tools (torque wrench, allen wrench, calipers)
- Able to read and understand machine/assembly drawings
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Work flexible hours, extended shifts and weekends if needed to meet customer needs
- Self-starting individual with the ability to trouble shoot and resolve assembly issues
- Meet or exceed previous production standards while exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent organization and communicating skills
- Self managed, requiring little to no supervision
- Ability to make decisions and work in a fast-pace Lean manufacturing environment
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Must be able to perform the essential job requirements identified in the Functional Job Description for this position, including the ability to lift and move 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous assembling experience
- Ability to work in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with FDM 3D printing
Responsibilities
- Review and understand customer drawings
- Machining or modification of molded sprockets using dedicated equipment
- Complete modifications or assembly builds to customer requirements
- Deburr and clean parts as needed for safety and/or technical needs
- Complete error free transactions in Kronos or Oracle
- Help in various areas when required by workload and customer demand
