About The Position

Now Hiring: Machine Setup Technician 📍 Location: Sussex, WI🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM-11:00 PM💲 Competitive Pay Based on Experience, $1.50/hour shift differential Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Converting Setup Technician – Tier One to keep our converting machines running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
• Basic computer and math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and process control experience
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work on foot for extended periods
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of setup technician experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• LOTO and electric pallet jack certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Starting up and preparing all converting machines
• Performing quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Operating roll lifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks
• Monitoring gas tank levels and ensuring machines are stocked with correct materials
• Running production when machines are operating efficiently
• Assisting operators and fellow technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Supporting 5S initiatives and promoting a clean, organized workspace
