About The Position

This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining press machines to shape, cut, or form metal, plastic, or other materials according to precise specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating press machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press machines including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications to determine machine setup and production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper function and product quality.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Adjust machine settings to correct deviations and maintain consistent output.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
