About The Position
This position is for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift at the Pine Bluff, AR facility. It is open to internal team members currently working at this facility or complex only. The role involves operating machinery to ensure continuous product flow, managing ingredients/supplies, monitoring and adjusting machine settings, and notifying supervisors of maintenance needs, all while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities
- Operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process
- Ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line
- Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed
- Notifying supervisor if machines require maintenance
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
