About The Position

Milgard, a leading window and door manufacturer and part of Miter Brands, is hosting an onsite hiring event to support our manufacturing operations. These roles support the production and quality of components used to assemble window and door units at Milgard plants across the country.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work rotating schedules and mandatory overtime as needed
• Ability to safely operate machinery and follow procedures
• Stand and be on your feet for the entire shift
• Constantly move, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in an industrial manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required for Machine Operator roles

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery to produce window and door components
• Support various production processes in a fast‑paced environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
