About The Position
We are looking for experienced, high-output Skilled Trades Recruiters to support large, ongoing hiring initiatives across multiple markets. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success is defined by consistency, urgency, and the ability to deliver quality candidates. This is not a passive recruiting role - this position is designed for true headhunters who thrive on sourcing, outreach, and working high-volume reqs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume skilled trades recruiting
- Strong sourcing ability - not reliant on inbound applicants
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch
- Experience using Boolean search and multiple sourcing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Experience with ATS systems (Aviante or similar preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and place skilled trades professionals across multiple regions
- Drive consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation
- Leverage Boolean search and creative sourcing strategies to find candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, submittals, and placements
- Submit detailed candidate profiles through internal and client systems
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress
- Partner with internal teams to support large-scale hiring efforts
- Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including occasional after-hours or weekend work
