Whether you have years of experience or are just getting started, we want to hear from you. Our industry-leading training program will help you develop the skills you need to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate)
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing safe, high-quality food
- Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe and efficient line performance
- Set up machines at the start of the shift, making adjustments as needed for different products or packaging
- Perform quality checks to confirm products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance
- Assist with minor equipment cleaning and changeovers to keep production on schedule
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals
- Follow all GMPs, Food Safety, and company safety procedures
