About The Position

Motis Manufacturing Center - W210N12975 Gateway Crossing Suite 400, Richfield, WI 53076 Motis Manufacturing Center is looking for a full-time L-Track Operator in Germantown, WI. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am - 3:30pm with limited overtime as needed The Macs Custom Tie Downs – L Track Operator contributes to every stage of aluminum L Track production process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The operator will use several types of machining equipment to produce custom and standard aluminum L Track for several types of cargo control. The L Track operator is responsible for the manufacturing process from start to finish, including raw material management, production, inspection, and packaging.

Requirements

• Positive attitude is a MUST!
• Experience operating CNC Vertical Machining Center
• Ability to read and understand prints
• Dependable and punctual
• Detailed oriented with the ability to flex between duties with minimum notice to meet customer demand
• Lift up to 35 lbs routinely with the ability to bend, lift, sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Operate small power tools
• Basic PC and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Producing aluminum custom tie down track on CNC Router and/or Vertical Machining Center
• Material Preparation, Machine Operation, Finishing, and Packaging of Products
• Maintain a clean work area on a daily basis
• Prioritize work based on customer orders and warehouse inventory levels – Ability to manage work orders using excel spread sheets and monitoring order due dates
• Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive business information with other employees, family or friends
