About The Position

We’re hiring hands-on Machine Operators to join our parts-making teams, all shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems on the fly, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • Experience operating machines or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
  • Strong math skills, including basic algebra
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and think critically
  • Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to receive feedback and adapt as needed
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift; must train for 2-4 weeks on 1st shift

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards
  • Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery
  • Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the shift
  • Perform inspections and quality checks; make consistent quality decisions
  • Accurately complete production records and basic computer documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards
  • Meet daily production and schedule goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
