About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our plastic injection molding team in Honeoye, NY. This position is responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts in accordance with production and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in plastic injection molding or machine operation preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in plastic injection molding or machine operation preferred

Responsibilities

Operate plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
Inspect parts for quality, including visual checks and basic measurements
Remove finished parts from machines, trim excess material, and prepare for packaging
Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety protocols
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
