About The Position

Machine Operators are responsible for running high‑speed automated packaging equipment and overseeing all aspects of the packaging line. In this role, you will ensure the correct packaging materials and date codes are used, monitor the performance of case sealers, and verify that every product meets our quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in making sure our products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional presentation—so they look great on the shelf and reach our customers safely. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude to repair equipment

Responsibilities

  • Operates packaging equipment and both tote stations according to product specifications and ensuring accuracy in weights and codes. Adjusts machines as required
  • Maintains proper documentation of downtime and repairs. Performs minor repairs and routine maintenance work on equipment
  • Continually checks the quality of the product, packaging, and case printing. Reports any issues or concerns
  • Inspects and conducts regular deep cleaning of equipment after each product change, and continuously maintains cleanliness of equipment
  • Operates in accordance with health, safety and fire prevention regulations and practices.
  • Report machine problems to the shift supervisor and ensure machine logs are accurately filled out, detailing mechanical and non-mechanical downtime. Fill out work order requests as needed to ensure appropriate machine uptime
  • Other duties, as assigned
