Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial operations preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift and move materials as required
Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access

Responsibilities

Operate granulation and processing equipment in accordance with established procedures
Monitor equipment performance and material flow to ensure quality and efficiency
Load, unload, and stage materials for processing
Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment checks as assigned
Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations
Accurately record production data and complete required documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures
