A DAY IN YOUR LIFE AT PRATT Your meticulous attention to detail will see you through tasks ranging from setting up rails and print sections to inspecting and maintaining equipment health. Expect to engage in: Accurate setup of Flexo operations and inspection of dies pre- and post-run. Quality checks to ensure perfect boxes, minimizing defects. Maximizing equipment efficiency and cross-training to enhance operational flexibility. Collaborative problem-solving and proactive maintenance. Maintaining detailed reports for production, safety, and quality.
