About The Position
Close the Loop is a globally preferred sustainability solutions provider dedicated to reducing waste, conserving resources, and preserving the environment by recycling plastic, glass, and paper. They partner with global manufacturers to give new life to materials. The company is seeking a hands-on leader with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join their team as a Machine Operator.
Requirements
- Focused on teamwork
- Flexible and willing to cross train
- Capable of standing for extended periods of time
- Capable of passing a background check and drug test
- Able to lift 20+ pounds
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of size reducing equipment such as Granulators, Shedders and Mixers
- Assist in Water System Maintenance
- Sort various materials and perform quality inspections on intake feeds
- Utilize a hand truck, conveying equipment, forklifts, and/or other handling equipment to move materials and finished product
- Assist in daily housecleaning activities to ensure the work environment is clean, orderly, and free of slip/trip hazards
- Work in other departments if needed
- Communicate throughout all levels of the Company
- Read and understand policies, procedures, and training materials
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow necessary safety procedures

- Hourly Pay Starting at $16.00 with $1.00/Hr Increase after 90 Days
- 4-Day Work Week! Mon-Thur 3:00pm - 1:30am
