You will lead machine line operations, including changeovers, start-ups, running, and shutdown, while prioritizing safety and compliance with specifications. Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety. Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print specification. Work with and direct the assistants to minimize job change-over and down time. Train and direct the assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties. Performs basic operator preventative maintenance to machines and/or tools. What We Want From You: Lead the Pack

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications
  • Must have basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator software
  • Required to have visual acuity to perform visual inspection including the use of measurement devices and ability to identify and distinguish colors

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred
