About The Position

Machine Operator 1st - Make It Run. Make It Right. Shoreline Container Holland Rate: $20.25 If you know your way around machines - or you're ready to level up your skills - this role puts you at the controls. As a Machine Operator, you'll own the setup and operation of equipment in your department, producing high-quality products that meet customer and company standards. Schedule: 7:00 am- 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, with overtime scheduled on Saturday, as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Machine operator experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions including reading a tape measure, blueprints, and production schematics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and self-directed.
• Dependability

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines.
• Run materials through equipment according to specifications.
• Inspect product quality and catch issues before they become problems.
• Identify and report defective materials or machine concerns.
• Keep your work area and equipment clean, organized, and sage.
• Ensure correct materials are used for each job.
• Complete inventory and production entries accurately.
• Meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards every shift.
• Perform routine operational test on machines.
• Support special projects as needed.
