The Role: Our site in Reno is seeking an Operator to join our team. At the Reno Entegris site you will be a part of the leading global supplier of highly engineered cleaning materials supporting the semiconductor industry. What You’ll Do: Assemble and/or inspect parts for any defects and assign a passing or failing grade Ensure quality products through careful cleaning and handling of parts Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials Support plant goals of reducing customer complaints and damaged parts while increasing the amount of on time shipments What We Seek: Knowledge of Basic Production Procedures Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics, and Manuals Significant Attention to Detail Outstanding Candidates Will Have: Previous Manufacturing Experience Previous Experience in Semiconductor industry Experience working in a Clean Room Environment Traits we believe make a strong candidate: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures. Good attention to detail. Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry. Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools. Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift. Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc. All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
