About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor industrial machinery used in manufacturing components or products, ensuring each machine runs efficiently and safely. You will work within a team to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety procedures. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate and learn machinery.
Ability to safely lift and move materials (typically up to 25–50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial machine operator role.
Familiarity with reading basic blueprints or work orders.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and tend production machines according to company procedures and work orders.
Monitor machine functions and adjust controls to maintain specified production levels and ensure product quality.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, reporting any anomalies to supervisors.
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks on machines before and after shifts.
Maintain accurate production logs, counts, and quality records.
Load raw materials into machines and prepare equipment for upcoming runs.
Follow all plant safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about production progress or equipment issues.
Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned to support smooth production flow.
