About The Position

Operate the Roll Form Punch Bradbury Machine to safely and accurately produce roll-formed components according to work orders, blueprints, and quality standards. This position is responsible for assisting in the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of the machine while ensuring consistent part quality, adherence to production schedules, and compliance with all company safety policies.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools.
Must follow all safety rules and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and roll forming processes is a plus
Forklift experience and willingness to become certified preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate the Roll Form Punch Bradbury Machine and associated equipment per established work instructions and safety standards.
Monitor machine operation to ensure proper forming and cutting of products.
Check setup dimensions and part quality using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges).
Identify and report any product defects, mechanical issues, or irregular machine behavior to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Accurately record production counts, coil usage, scrap, and downtime as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and roller inspection.
Support adjustments, and alignment under supervision.
Follow all PPE regulations
Communicate effectively with production, quality, and material handling teams to maintain steady workflow.
Perform additional job duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
