What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working with machinery and technical setups Detail-oriented and quality-focused Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive culture Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but we value aptitude, attitude, and a desire to learn.
