REQUIREMENTS: Must have a minimum of 3 months of work history JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION SUMMARY: Operator Role - Full-Time - Dallas, TX Operator Roles may include: Blade Sharpener, Block Grinder Operator, Box Machine Operator, CEM Operator, CookHouse Operator, CVP Machine Operator, Dry Room Operator, Final Grinder Operator, Fresh Grinder Operator, Frozen Frinder Operator, Lowerator Operator, Machine Operator, Mixer Operator, Peeler Operator, Scaler, Spice Room Operator and Stuffer Machine Operator These positions start at $17.70/HR with a shift differential for 2nd shift & 3rd shift.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 months of work history

Responsibilities

  • Required to operate touch illustrated operating panel, safeties, and switches.
  • Small mechanical adjustments.
  • Use handheld scanner.
  • Visually inspect product for any deficiencies.
  • Required to set up and tear down area at the beginning and end of processing.
  • Use handheld scanner.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
  • May need to operate forklift.
  • Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements.
  • May use SAP if transferred /rotated.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing ; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels
  • Computer skills (if applicable).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve simple math.
  • Lock out Training is required.
  • Must be willing and able to become Forklift Certified (if applicable).
  • Must be willing and able to take and pass various tests regarding safety and food safety practices.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
  • Must be willing and able to perform all positions of rotation, if applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
