What You'll Do Set up and operate plastic molding machines with precision. Monitor performance, make adjustments, and ensure smooth operation. Perform routine maintenance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Inspect finished products to guarantee quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly. Manage raw material inventory and communicate supply needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Contribute to continuous improvement and take on additional tasks as needed. You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with plastic molding machines (preferred). Mechanical aptitude and technical training in packaging, plastics, or printing equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
