Operate and Master: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to exact specifications. Precision & Quality: Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure every part meets strict quality control standards. Innovate & Improve: Troubleshoot and make real-time adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance and quality. Collaborate: Work closely with project managers and engineers in a team-focused environment to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain & Oversee: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and manage related inventory and production logs.

Requirements

  • We train in house, no experience is needed but is helpful
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to workplace safety procedures and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
