Our products are designed to alleviate seizures, severe and persistent muscle spasms, pain, nausea, loss of appetite, and other symptoms associated with serious medical conditions such as cancer. Our specially trained staff works hand-in-hand with physicians to provide the right products and the correct dosage to ensure patients get the compassionate care they need. The Machine Operator will handle day-to-day equipment operations, and the ideal candidate is a multi-trade problem solver who is technologically advanced with prior machine operating experience. We are looking for experienced individuals who can work within our team to accomplish daily goals. We desire to have a passionate, well-rounded team with a strong work ethic to make Trulieve successful continuously.

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience as an equipment technician in an industrial environment or equivalent setting.
  • Possess a solid understanding of basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills, driving efficiency and productivity to ensure goals are met consistently and high-quality control.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.
  • Must complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Become proficient in the setup, adjustment, and operations of all equipment in the facilities.
  • Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems detected.
  • Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
  • Responsible for running, maintaining, and cleaning the machinery.
  • Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensuring the machine is properly cared for and the environment is held to food safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
