The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications, managing quality of finished product through the complete production process, cross-training in other roles across the production environment, completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed, problem solving issues that arise, and effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree required
1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
Highly motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to utilize and learn new technology

Responsibilities

Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
Problem solving issues that arise
Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
