No prior experience is required - just mechanical aptitude, a team-first attitude, and the desire to grow. Requirements
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Mechanical aptitude (comfortable working with tools and equipment)
- Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance
- Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
- Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
- Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
- Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules
