Machine Operator / Thread Inspector 2nd Shift LOCATION: Brookfield Township - Ohio - USA DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS Requires working 2nd Shift 4PM - 2AM Performs the operation of Premium threading on pipes in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards. Hiring in addition for other operations roles - Entry level and up.
Responsibilities
- Executes change over and set up of the machine.
- Performs lathe operation.
- Performs Premium threads on pipes or couplings.
- Carries out end deburring.
- Performs chips cleaning.
- Changes machine tools.
- Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc.).
- Updates information in the tracking systems.
