Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Factory or machine operator experience preferred
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long shifts
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery that produces tablecovers to order specifications
- Load parent rolls and configure machine for correct length, speed, and folding
- Clear machine jams using safe lockout/tagout procedures
- Monitor product quality and ensure accuracy
- Send and verify UPC and carton labels
- Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments
- Communicate any mechanical issues to maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all GMP and SQF guidelines for food safety
- Support and help train new team members
