Solid Dose Machine Operator Shift: Wednesday–Friday, 2:00 AM – 2:30 PM (or as job responsibilities require) Pay: $22.63 – $24.89 per hour Join our manufacturing team today! We’re seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of high-speed, computer-controlled equipment used in producing tablets, capsules, and soft-gels. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and production standards—and take full ownership of the solid dose process. Requirements

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting; food or supplement manufacturing is a plus
  • Machine operation and troubleshooting experience, especially with powders or high-speed systems
  • Solid math and measurement skills, including fractions and unit conversions
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively
  • Comfort working around allergens and irritants (e.g., fish oil, enzymes)
  • Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and materials as needed

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor tablet presses, encapsulators, or soft-gel machines according to GMPs and SOPs
  • Perform in-process quality checks (e.g., weight, thickness, temperature) and document results
  • Complete changeovers and make equipment adjustments as needed to meet product specifications
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or product issues, collaborating with leads and supervisors
  • Support inventory flow through accurate labeling and transport
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation standards at every stage
