JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for performing responsibilities of a pultrusion technician with moderate direction and assistance from supervision.

Requirements

Completion of new employee training
Pass new employee testing
Proven good attendance

Responsibilities

Record daily production data accurately and completely in production sheets, logbooks, MACT books
Identify material requirements on machines
Add and thread material as needed
Proven ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures and gauges
Ability to understand Spec sheets
Continually inspect process and troubleshoot with supervision
Ability to identify scrap
Efficiently clean machines
