About The Position

This is an entry to mid-level machine operating position. The role involves operating high-speed automated production lines with strong support staff, setting up a wide range of equipment including tablet presses and packager production lines, performing in-process testing, and independently completing required paperwork. The individual will be responsible for the efficient production of a high-quality product.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve helpful
• Ability to read, follow directions effectively, and perform basic math functions
• Work well with others
• High level of motivation and focus
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Perform set up and run production machines as well as making necessary adjustments during operation.
• Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs of machines and equipment
• Perform in-process testing as needed to ensure product quality is within established limits.
• Responsible for quality of the products produced
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
• Follow Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
