Machine Operator – Plate Former Line | Night Shift | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus 📍 Clintonville, WI Pay: $19.50–$24.00/hr (based on experience) Premium: +$1.00/hr after 6 PM Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating About the Role Operate high-speed machines that form paper plates. Load materials, monitor production, perform quality checks, and keep your area safe and organized.

  • Follow safety & food safety standards
  • Work with a team to meet goals
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts
  • Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, moving throughout shift
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus (paid at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year)
  • Paid training – no experience required
  • Work only 14 days/month with every other weekend off
