About The Position

The Machine Operator Level 3 - Adm employee is respnsible for following proper procedures while supporting the manufacturing management team for both the North and South plants. The position will report directly to the Production Manager in the north plant. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will support management with the attendance policy up to and including creating documentation for the management team to execute. Will support management with the disciplinary policy with relations to documentation of the program. Will support management with the printing of pallet labels as directed by the manager and / or supervisors. Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts Accept and adapt easily to change Ensure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission Statement Operate job-related equipment with or without an accommodation Meet physical demands of job with or without an accommodation Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED is preferred (not required)
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred
• must have ability to do basic math for counting pallets, packages and rows of cookies

• Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed, and perform work independently without being prompted
