This senior-level role involves complex machine setups, CNC program writing and editing, and supporting multiple machine cells. This position also serves as a technical resource for other operators to help maximize production efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of CNC setup and operation experience
- CNC programming and editing experience required
- Ability to perform complex tooling alignments and adjustments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Advanced blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Leadership ability and willingness to assist other operators
