About The Position

2nd SHIFT - MACHINE OPERATOR I - UMATILLA Hiring Bonus! $18.75 per hour, plus $1 shift differential 4day/10hr Shifts: 4:30pm - 3:00am This role is scheduled for 2nd shift (4:30 PM-3:00 AM, four 10-hour days). For onboarding and training purposes, candidates.MUST be able to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM-4:30 PM, four 10-hour days) for up to 60 days. Availability for both schedules is required. We are a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to our clients. Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country. A Machine Operator operates a machine maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Operation: Inspect, Prepare, Adjust, Minor Repair of Machine.
Quality: Meet Product Specifications: Taking & Reading Measurements.
Computer Literacy: Moderate Skills Required (Scanning, Labels, etc.).
Reporting: Produce Legible & Accurate Production Reports.
Packaging: Place Finished Cartons/Bundles in Proper Holding Carts.
Agility: Fast-Paced Environment. Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time. Repetitive Movement.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.
Reliability: Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.
Safety: Abide by all Safety Protocol.
